STAFF PROFILE - TEACHER

RAMUNE VARNE

“ALL CHILDREN ARE UNIQUE AND SPECIAL IN THEIR OWN WAY. MY ROLE IS TO HELP THEM TO GROW IN CONFIDENCE AND INDEPENDENCE TO GET THE BEST OUT OF THEM WHILE STILL HAVING LOTS OF FUN!”

Shortly after I graduated with a BA (Hons) in Social Work and Social Pedagogy in 2003, I moved to London to work with adults who had learning difficulties. I did this for 10 years before moving back to Lithuania in 2019 to start my career in childcare. I worked as a nursery teacher for 6 months in my local school before joining BSV in 2020. I have now completed a Level 3 “Early Years Educator” diploma.

I have experience working with a range of different age groups, backgrounds and cultures, which has influenced my teaching style. I enjoy setting up the classroom so that children can explore and are able to express themselves effectively through play. All children are unique and special in their own way and my role is to help them grow in confidence and independence to get the best out of them while still having lots of fun!
