I grew up in and around Worcester in the UK and moved to Sheffield for my undergraduate degree in East Asian Studies. I have been interested in technology for almost my entire life and have spent the past twenty-plus years broadening my knowledge and experience in hardware, software and networking. For the past decade I have travelled alongside my wife as she has worked in international schools teaching mathematics.
Before coming to BSV my previous role was as technical support in a school in Romania, where I did everything from installing apps on iPads to stress-testing the school’s new WiFi network (and where I was also known as Mr Helen by the students, as my wife taught maths in the same school).
About Mr O’Driscoll
I enjoy reading, both fiction and non-fiction, as well as playing video-games and board-games. My favourite sport is swimming, but only because there have been few safe and legal places to practise parkour in our travels. My taste in music, TV and film is as broad as my taste in books.
