STAFF PROFILE - TEACHER

CHARLOTTE TRAVISS

“I CREATE A HAPPY, SAFE AND CARING ENVIRONMENT WHICH ENABLES EVERY CHILD TO REACH THEIR FULL POTENTIAL.”

I completed my BSc (hons) Public Health Nutrition and worked as a Nutritionist in the public sector for 7 years before completing my PGCE in Primary Education. I have worked in Early Years and it is my favourite age to teach.  Being able to support a child’s curiosity to learn is such a privilege, providing a foundation for a child to develop their own desire for lifelong learning. I believe that this is achieved through creating a happy, safe and caring environment which enables every child to reach their full potential.

About Mrs Traviss

Outside of school I enjoy spending time with my family, my husband and two children. My children have exciting hobbies including karting and gymnastics which I spend a lot of time spectating. As a family we enjoy biking, snowboarding and recently we have started to paddle board. We love the outdoors and exploring new places, we look forward to exploring Lithuania.
