I have worked in Education for 24 years having gained an MA in Educational Leadership and Management and a BEd (Hons) in Early Childhood Studies in the UK. I have taught in the UK and internationally across Early Years, KS1 and KS2, I worked as a Designated Safeguarding Officer for schools and have been Deputy Head and Head of Pastoral Care for Primary and Secondary.

At BSV I am in charge of PR and Marketing and Social Media. I am also an Educational Consultant for The Schools Trust and BSV, mainly focussing on Safeguarding, Health and Safety, international trips and policy development.

I am passionate about Early Years Education and looking after the wellbeing of students across all age groups.

I moved to Vilnius with my husband, Andrew Prosser, in 2019 and we have a little boy. We have enjoyed exploring the city, parks and everything Vilnius has to offer. When I am not at work or spending time with our little boy I love skiing, Pilates, reading and finding new places to walk in the city!
