Admissions Procedure

Admissions Policy

Applications are now being accepted for Pre-Nursery up to Year Three. This means if your child was born between the 1st September 2011 and 31st August 2017, you can apply for a BSV school place.

We offer an Early Years class this academic year (2018-2019) for students aged 2-4 years old, however from September 2019, we will cater for children from 2 to 9 years old. Following that, we will ‘grow with the children‘, opening further year groups as the students get older. This means they can continue the remainder of their education with BSV.

While admission to The British School of Vilnius is selective, our admissions procedure is straightforward and the majority of the information requested can be provided online. Entry assessments are required and can be organised either at our school campus or remotely if you are applying from abroad. Parents typically receive a response from the school within 5 to 10 workings days of applying.

As an international school, we look for students who are all-rounders with strong academic potential, a positive attitude and an interest in extra-curricular activities. We are committed to ensuring our pupils can continue their schooling at the highest level, and gain access to top universities in the UK and worldwide.

We welcome and encourage prospective parents to experience the school and its facilities first-hand. You can arrange for a private tour anytime by using our school visit form. Our admissions department will gladly show you around the campus and answer any questions you may have. You can also discuss in finer details of completing the admissions form and enrolment procedures.

At The British School of Vilnius we hold regular and specific open days for Early Years and Primary throughout the year for parents to visit and learn more about our curriculum.
